Is it worth applying to jobs in other countries with no intention to move there?
Post Body

For example, is it a waste of time to apply to remote UK companies if Im based in EU and wish to remain in EU. However, since the position is remote, during the interview i will tell them that i would like to continue living in the EU.

To deal with tax regulations they can always use a payroll-as-a-service, which takes care of internationally based employees.

Has anybody tried this?
