I'm a non-senior with a 3 month notice period looking at exploring new opportunities and am concerned about my notice period being a hinderance when applying for jobs.
As I'm in the less experienced end of the market and assume most of my peers have a 1 month's notice, I assume candidates who can start 2 months earlier (and presumably there will be a lot of them given a relative glut of less experienced developers) will be prioritised and I'm not sure how to go about this?
Has anyone got experience with this, especially those who are not super experienced?
