I want to leave a very small startup who have been generally brilliant to me

Post Body

I feel like I'm in a very awkward position. The small startup I work for is tetering on the edge right now amid certifications and B2B contracts (hopefully) being agreed. The last few weeks have been pretty tough with a lot of pressure on the 3 devs (yes, 1 CTO, me and my equivalent on the server side) where, on occasion, the tension would boil over and everything was our fault.

The CEO has been under tremendous pressure from investors and has been extremely supportive over the past almost 2 years and we've built a genuinley great product, but I feel with recent events and the direction we're headed, it's my time to start a new challenge (I've a few offers in the bag). I just feel like leaving now amid the somewhat chaotic atmosphere would be huge kick in the teeth to someone who's been pretty great to me.

How would you approach this? Any help appreciated!
