Long story short, been interviewing hardcore to switch jobs for the last couple months. I’d make it to the on-site for almost every company I applied to but for one reason or the other it wouldn’t work out. I was getting exhausted and it was very draining. I was unable to do anything for days after hearing a rejection. Slowly I built up resilience and it got to a point where I’d give an on-site and totally forget about it and be in the mindset for next! Anyhow, I got severely sick Thanksgiving holidays and was bed ridden with high fever for a week. That ignited something in me and I pushed harder than ever before, did everything, gave it my 200%. Applied to every job from then on with a personalized cover letter and explaining whole heartedly why I want to work for them. I scheduled all my interviews to be this week, several rounds with every company in fact. Some had assignments to do, other technicals, rest assignments and technicals both. I’d come back home from work and invest all my energy and time into this until I went to bed. I’d use lunch breaks for scheduled interview calls and even took yesterday all day off from work to incorporate 6 technicals. Worked from home today to take another 3. It all bear fruit and now I’m sitting on 6 on-sites, all of which I’ll be looking to get done before the holidays! Labor omnia vincit : hardwork conquers all Best of luck to me and all those job hunting, my prayers are with you. Just do not give up, you’re stronger than this!
