How did you guys go about finding the right career field for you?
Post Body

I spent years in college figuring out what I wanted to do and eventually decided to stick to CS and get my BS. I'm fond of the field, but I've never been able to figure out what exactly I want to do with it. I graduated over 2 years ago and have only worked in positions that I ended up not enjoying (Databases and .net/vb development).

I've spent a lot of my time starting to learn new technologies only to get bored or uninterested in them and move onto something. It's been 6 years since I first started learning CS and I feel like I'm proficient in nothing and still don't know what I want to do.

How did the rest of you figure out where you wanted to go into and how did you know this was what you wanted?
