Thinking of long distance hike, best way to find a job for after
Post Body
I'm currently working on getting a second degree in Biotechnology after graduating with CS. I'm about done with one first semester and as I worried I'm starting to think this was a bad idea. Various reasons that don't really matter to this discussion.
I'd love to do a long through hike in my life and I'm seriously thinking about dropping out of school and hiking the PCT.
If I do take a big break from normal life, what would be the best approach to getting a job after? I feel like I'm a decently competent programmer, but who knows with this stuff. I live in the midwest right now, but I'd ideally like to move towards one of the coasts.
Should I look into getting a job now or after I get back?
