I want to Apply as a junior Developer in a company.But the requirement is 3-4 years

I am fresher who wants to apply to different company however the Companies requirement is to have at least 3-4 years of experience and on Linked they want a junior developer(but they said they want 3 years experience junior developer) how do I strengthen my profile.so I can atleast get a call

Edit: So I contacted a person at the company for referring me Thank god he did that and I asked him a favour to review my resume for me and he thinks my resume is awesome . However I don't get it if he thinks it is awesome why am I not getting a single call from any company. something is wrong somewhere and I can't really figure it out.
