What are of your must-have best practices? What are some that don’t make much sense?
Post Body
Question for mid-level or higher devs, I'm interested in hearing about the must-have best practices that you follow (or have followed) in your current or previous teams. What are the practices you swear by and would recommend to others?
On the flip side, I'm also curious if there are any so-called "best practices" that you’ve encountered that you don’t think make much sense or maybe haven’t been that effective in your experience.
