Confused about this question in the Amazon questionnaire which asks whether I'll require CPT Authorization from my school. I already had CPT done for a summer internship, and will require OPT from my employer. However on opting No, they ask when my EAD expires (I don't have one). What do I put here?

I'm on F1 visa. Details same as question. On selecting No for whether I'll require CPT, I have to provide date of expiry for my EAD, which I don't have. To my knowledge an EAD is created on an OPT visa.
On selecting Yes for whether I'll require new CPT, I don't get any further questions.
