How to get into the education technology sector
Post Body

I’m currently a teacher but I’d really love to find a job in the tech education space in the next year. For context I live in Australia. I have been learning Swift ui for the last year in a very part time manner. The full time teaching role absorbs a fair bit of my time.

I have started building a project I plan to use in my portfolio.

I will be honest that I am a little frustrated that I haven’t made greater progress over this time.

I have some time coming up later in the year when I’ll be on long service leave.

If you had 3 months and the lofty goal of a career switch, what would you do?

Ideally I feel like networking should be an aim. But I have no idea how to begin!!

If I want to break into the tech education space what should I be focusing on?
