Gave in to family pressure to do CSE (Comp Sci & Engg). Halfway through my degree with average grades. I do not like coding. What can I do?

So, I completed two years of my B. Tech in Computer Science with a specialisation in (AI / ML) from a college in India.
I do not really like programming and it does not interest me much.
What options do I have in tech??
How difficult would it be to switch to the social sciences? I am looking at public policy (tech policy / AI policy) and Sociology as possible options
