I want to get my master's degree while I work, but I'm having trouble finding information on companies that offer an integrated program. A couple of my friends who work in defense participated in a program that combined classes with job experience. I'd really like to do something like that. However, I'd like to avoid working in defense.
A lot of companies offer tuition reimbursement, my current company included, but they expect you to take classes entirely off the clock. That usually means asynchronous online classes. I'm trying to avoid that. I'd really like to be around people who are also going through the experience of trying to earn a degree.
Do you know of any companies like this. Alternatively, my searches haven't returned many results. If you know any search terms I could use that might help me find a list of these programs, I would also appreciate those.
Thank you.
