How do you study before, during and after each lecture?

Post Body

Hey there, I started a CS course at uni this month and my process on studying right now as someone who had very little pre-knowledge of programming has been like this:

1) If available read/watch the lecture material prior to class, if not, try do some research on topic.

2) Go to lecture, listen and only take notes for things that isn't mentioned on the slides (for maths I take notes during the lecture since we do a lot of stuff that isn't covered on the slides/lecture notes).

3) Go over the exercises that we're given after the lecture/ask about anything I'm confused on/whine about the lecturer being bad with my friends etc.

4) Go through lecture notes and write shorter more concise notes on my note taking app (Notion) and make sure I understand everything.

5) Repeat for every module each week.

Is there anything else you guys would do? I feel like this is working for me but I'd like to hear how you guys have/are studying since I'd like to do my best to learn the most I can :). I'm still pretty new to programming but I'm hoping to start building stuff by myself once I have a better grasp of programming itself, too.
