Currently in grad school. I have projects done in undergrad but I made most of them in hack and slash method to just get the output and some of them were straight up code from github. I want to know or get help in what direction to go from here? I have over an year to get an actual job. I've tried getting an internship but I am really bad at leetcode questions. My question is should I be solving more leetcode questions now? Or should I be making projects but follow a different way to do them? Or should I be studying more about open source and contributing to it? I don't know what to do that'd make me better. Any help is appreciated I don't mind putting in the hours but I just don't want to be doing the hardwork in the wrong direction. I understand my previous method of doing projects was wrong too but what can I do to change that?
