Genuinely, how do you get hired?
Post Body

I've been applying to jobs since I graduated in May and it feels impossible to land a job in NYC (where I've always been from). I've probably done over 2k apps and had 30 interviews that went well but the employers wanted someone with more experience. I have a prior internship, I work part time as a tutor, and I apply to companies of all sizes (small, start up, mid, etc).

I really just want something to get me off my feet and into the industry. Does anyone who's been in my shoes have advice or tips on where I should search and how I can change my routine.
