New grads - if you had to do it all over again, what would you have done to prepare for the job search after graduating?

Really high rn so apologies if my grammar is off lol
I’m a 3rd year in college, and it’s crazy to think that since new grad roles come out this summer, I’ll have to start applying for them in a couple months. This is a huge decision, as this will be my first full-time job ever, and might dictate where I’ll live my life in the near future.
This is a question to all new grads (whether you secured a role or are still searching) - what is that process like, end-to-end, and what would you change if you had to do it all over again?
