Hi. I’m a computer science student and I’d love to get fixes from those of you who have experienced DIGITAL EYE STRAIN.
I have the worst eye strain, and we have to look and computers for a living so I’m not sure how to fix it. I look at my computer for a minute and I soon start to feel a huge sense of overwhelming in my eyes and feel kind of disoriented.
I’ve been to the doctor, my glasses have blue filter and so does my screen. He just tells me he can’t do anything for me and that it should go away on its own.
If this has happened to you, please tell me how you fixed it. I’d really appreciate it!
