Too many Chinese players in SEA server. Can valve do anything about this? maybe a language preference?

For a game that relies a lot on communication and call outs, it's very challenging to play solo only to find out you're playing with a bunch of Chinese players who can't even communicate call outs in English. At best I can only figure out "A" or "B" from them and that's it.
It's so hard and infuriating to play with them. Can we add a language filter at the very least?
