Alright, I'll keep this brief. I've had the idea to make a CS2 World Cup simulation for a while now, and it kind of got pushed under the rug for quite a bit due to a lack of motivation and the like. That was until today when I was scrolling through the Twitch homepage when I saw that an Osu World Cup was happening and I was like "Jesus, every video game ever with an esports scene has a World Cup except CS." I decided I was going to do it myself and finally get a simulation going with a Google Sheet I made for the NSS community, and then after about 30 minutes of sitting there I realized I didn't know enough about the players to do this since I only follow the major tournaments and the ones I do know I have a hard time placing. So, that being said, give me some players or some teams you guys think would be a part of the tournament. I'm going to simulate a qualifying phase beforehand so don't worry about being too niche or giving me the 5th Russia suggestion or something. I need lots of teams to do this! Do your thing CS community, put your combined braincells together and create some national teams.
