Calculating elliptic curve point from arbitrary x value
Post Body

I've been working with elliptic curves using libsodium over the past few days. One of the things I want to try out is to calculate the y-value of an elliptic curve point given the x-value as an input. I normally could just implement the equation in normal C code, but due to the fact that the constants are so high in ed25519, I am confused on how to go about it. Is there any practical way using libsodium or some other C library to calculate it? Thanks so much for the help.
