Hondalink Remote package subscription issues

Hi purchased my CRV ST hybrid 2023 about three months ago. I tried to subscribe to the Hondalink “remote” package but end up with the screen above with no option to “subscribe”. is anybody facing issues with your hondalink app when you try to subscribe the “Remote” package? Could you tell me how you solved this issue? Thanks.
