So I finished getting my JDM B20 swapped over and am currently filling with coolant.

1. The idle is continuously revving up to 1800rpm, then falling to 1200. This goes on consistently every second or so. It was doing this while running the heater on high to fill the coolant. Once 'Max AC' is pressed, the idle smooths out completely.

2. Neither radiator fan is working unless the 'Max AC' button is pressed, then both kick on. The thermostat, I assume, has opened because my lower rad hose is hot, and I'm getting a lot of bubbling as the coolant fills.

I'm not sure if both issues are related or if it's just a weird issue. Any tips would be awesome.

Also, the temp gauge never seemed to climb over halfway even after coolant temp was around 200*.
