Edit religion

I would like to edit the configuration of Islam.
Some of Islam's settings is quite inaccurate and I'd like to change.
Things I want to change:
- Homosexuality from shunned to criminal.
- Clergy for both genders.
- Kinslaying to be a crime.
- Maybe change holy sites to the common three Mecca, Medina and Jerusalem.
I found the text file "00_islam.txt", but I don't know if it's the right file.
