Question about mods

So I am pretty new to this game and I am in my first big blob of territory game, and wondered if there is a mod that allowed you to create a tier higher than emperor. Before any of y'all say anything, I know that this makes the game baby easy, but I am almost at my vassal limit because of the amount of kingdoms. I want to be able to have the empires serve as a form of regional leader, similar to how the de jure empires are in the game.
