What interlace/scan line filter do I need to block out whole lines

Post Body

I'm trying to get a good 240p look on my hdcrt by blocking out whole lines whith a scanline flitter like I've seen people do on crt monitors to get a pvm look.

All of the filters I can see in duckstation or shaderglass seems to be designed for higher resolutions. I want to put a grill on the screen, basically.

What should I do to achieve this? I can't see anyone online mention one specifically to use for this purpose.

Pictured is the best I could get with of the duckstation filters, but it only blocks out 80% of each line and makes an unplayable flicker.
