PVM Repair Help

I have a PVM-1954Q that has worked fine for a few years. Last year, I had to move it to non-climate-controlled storage after a move. I just got the chance to bring it home and power it on, but it has intermittent waviness, a wobbly picture.
I haven’t opened up the case yet, though I have before to dust and adjust pots. I figure a recap is not a bad idea, but I wonder if there is a guide or parts list for most common repairs or problem caps. That would make things much easier.
