What characteristics are used to identify individual crows?
I’d like to focus attention and reinforcement on specific members of my local murder. Are there subtle physical markings or shaping that can be used to identify individual crows. I can kinda imagine I’m interacting with specific crows by their behaviors (especially close approach) but I’m never actually sure I’m working with the same crow.
When i was a kid, my grandpa had a crow that would eat from his hand. I realized later that this one legged crow, besides being at a competency disadvantage, was easily identifiable.
