Looking for a bit of advice for my gym

Would love to hear from gym owners, ideally- but anyone’s input would be appreciated.

I really want to get a gift for my coaches/ gym. It’s a business and of course they’re making money so I feel a check wouldn’t be as meaningful as something more tangible.

We often place orders for gym swag, hoodies, T’s, sweats and more. The coaches have lots of stuff that are the same thing- labeled coach or with their name.

Is there a piece of equipment that is always in need? I noticed some of the whiteboard we use to write down our workouts/ sets could use some replacement- but not exactly above and beyond.
