Hi all!
I am fairly new to CrossFit but not so much the OLY movements (C&J..etc) But I was recruited to run xc in college so majority of my upper body strength really leaned out from where I was in highschool.
That being said I also had a few issues with my shoulder popping out the socket and totally dislocating it at times. That being said today I was working on my snatches and my shoulder popped out as I was bringing my snatch down. Donโt worry itโs back in as I am use to this. But my main question is, do I need to Jsut kind of give up snatching entirely? Or really progressively build up to heavier weights? And will my shoulders adjust to the weight?
I am training now to in the next 2-3 years get into SF selection for the army and was advised that CrossFit is going to be one of my best friends as I prepare for that.
Any and all advice and tips are accepted!
