Hey guys, I have been a crossfitter for about 4 years (very on and off) at different gyms. I just recently moved to Colorado and only can make it about 3x a week but I go to my campus gym sometimes on top of that. I think my main obstacle is my diet. I think I have a decent diet and I try to count calories but it doesn't seem to help. I am not overweight but I have a BMI of ~24.5 so technically borderline overweight. I look fine but my stomach fat really bothers me and I want to get rid of it. Can someone please help me a little bit with what I can do to lose this belly fat?
