Costume party ideas for the big and/or tall?

I hope to finally get out to a costume party this year and I'm struggling with costume ideas. I'm on the bigger side (6'2, maybe 225) and looking for something sexy/flirty that won't look rediculous. It's a crossdressing party to begin with so it's not a big deal either way, but I guess I'm just looking for ideas that might compensate for a larger frame better than others. Any thoughts?
