Looking for advice on body hair removal.

I’ve (28m) been wanting to get into crossdressing for a very long time, and am looking for advice on body and facial hair removal. For thinner hair, shaving seems like a good method, but how do you really make coarser hair disappear? Would depilatory cream / bait or waxing be better for courser hair? Thanks in advance!
