Question about the cronus zen before I buy one?

I'm a disabled gamer and I can't use keyboard and mouse, would the cronus zen be able to give me aim assist in games on pc that don't have it built in for controller ? I'm not trying to give myself aim bot or anything just something to level the playing field a little bit. Also is using the zen detectable by games anti cheat on pc?
