Slip resistant Crocs

As you can tell from the title, I’m interested in stepping up my croc game and making them a part of my professional life and not just leisure time. Do any servers/kitchen workers have experience with the slip resistant crocs? I wear non slip shoes now but they aren’t comfortable and absorb all the stuff spilled on them. I just want to know how good is the slip resistance and how do they feel after wearing them for 8 hours?
