How would I make this?

So I found this poncho pattern on ravelry, but unfortunately the digital version is discontinued. It's pretty simple looking but the assembly stumps me. Would I make 4 separate panels and sew them at the shoulder and make a neckhole? Or totally do something else? What do you think? Thanks in advance 😊 https://ibb.co/gZP9mnw
