I’m looking to make a blanket for my mum. She likes warm Ed’s and kinda strays away from stitches with holes.
I was thinking granny squares or some variation thereof but too many holes. In just about all of them.
I was thinking one of these shell stitch (https://youtu.be/vI4U53yFjuo) Sunflower Granny (https://youtu.be/8B-eWkm_7hk) Box Stitch (https://youtu.be/HzTBdPZhxw8) Bavarian Crochet (https://youtu.be/4I1KbQWtdBU)
I also thought to the linen or moss or whatnot but it doesn’t have enough flare for me.
In short, I’m looking for something that’ll make her say “Oooo” and look super fancy but with the least amount of holes.
Note: I realize I might be asking for a bitch much, I’m likely gonna default to the shell stitch, but it doesn’t feel right if that makes sense? It’s not speaking to me lol
