Flower Valley Shawl by Joanna Grzelak you can get a free pattern from Sishomemade on ravelry. The fancy border 1 row 2 is really confusing me. The chart doesn't make sense and the written pattern doesn't either.
Anyone make this before and can walk me through it? Where do the picot stitches go, can they just float? I'm so lost...
