A lot of the speculation so far is that Sir Bertrand Bell is absolutely going to be killed off at the first possible opportunity, and I’m actually hoping that he isn’t?
Now make no mistake, I’m not looking for Travis to play him for the next hundred-odd episodes, and I certainly don’t think he’s Travis’s main character for this campaign! I’m just hoping Sir Bertrand gets an exit that’s…nonlethal. Maybe we get a poignant moment of how he’s not the adventurer he once was and it’s time to hang up his gamblers rapier.
With all that said it seems like this may be a minority opinion, and the main expectation is that Sir Bertrand will fall asleep at the wrong moment and die. Am I alone in wanting to see the character leave the campaign with a touch of dignity?
