Frizzy, straw-like hair and dry ass skin. Any products out there to not make me look like a crackhead?

Tired of having benders and whatnot making me look like a dried up piece of shit. Frizzy, dry hair that looks malnourished and skin that feels like the pavement at your closed down elementary school.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Supplements? Hair/skin care products? Hell, I'll take meditation techniques if you say they work.
