When I was still drinking, my holy Trinity of withdrawal was made up of egg drop soup, plain white rice (both the soup and rice from the local Chinese place because there was no way in hell I was cooking), and lots of lemon lime Gatorade. It was pretty much the only stuff I could stomach but I'm curious to know what y'all reach for.
Haha I followed nearly the exact same diet as OP. Lots of homemade egg drop soup, rice, watered down Gatorade, soda crackers and/or cheezits, added in some smoothies I'd sip on once I could handle anything acidic at all
