Happy new year! My new year's resolution is to finally finish this rewatch without life bowling me over like a bowling pin in between😭 In this episode, the team is in Phoenix investigating the abduction and torturous murders of adult men.

• Reid would've made a geographical map by now :(
• Jesus the torture described in this episode is so intense
• Reid would've given us some statistics on mothers' and kids' sleeping patterns or something by now :(
• Ooh I like the connection between JJ's sleeping problem and the case. Very nice point.
• Read would've solved this case by now :(
• Oh! Abduction plot twist!
• Running through a scrap yard at night to escape with no obvious way out??? Just give me the bucket so I can kick it.
• Oh oh oh no. This poor unsub (the subsequent killings he commited are still not justified!!!) Oh wow the amount of grief and trauma. Whew.
• What a sad, sad case. I wish we could've seen a little more of William, the dad, outside of his unsub "era".
• I LOVE THEIR IMPRESSIONS OF REID SO MUCH OH MY GOD
• Oooooh another twist and child abduction case cliffhanger?!?!?! I am hooked! (I don't think they ever followed up on it though?)

Too much torture talk and no Reid. The intial abduction twist bumped it up as well as the final twist too. I love season 11's twists so far.
