No matter how many times I try to do a print and cut calibration the calibration cuts are no where near close to what is acceptable. Has this happened to anyone and how did you fix it? I have ran through about 10 calibration sheets and 2 new mats and about to throw this machine out the window lol

Update: Had a zoom call with a circut customer service rep who troubleshooted 4 or so calibration pages with me to no success. I am now in the steps of claiming my warranty and getting a new machine. I urge anyone who is having this problem to reach out and not just assume it’s a calibration page issue… something is absolutely not right with my maker lol
