I'm a college student and I work at our University Union. It's been almost a year that I've been working there nothing creepy happened for the Fall Semester but this pass Spring Semester was probably the creepiest. By the way, I'm a 20 year old male but I'm pretty short for a guy making others feel less intimated by me. Plus I look like a 16 year old so people just automatically assume that I'm not 20.

I work as a custodial aka janitor and I had a 2-7pm shift with another work friend. Every time I work though I always run into a big, round guy who wears a suit. At first I thought he was a professor and then I noticed that his suit was a little dirty and he had some grime on his face. Then I thought he was homeless person because we have a lot of homeless people around the Union. But I was wrong.

The first encounter with this guy, I was taking my break before I had to clean the bathrooms. I'm sitting in a booth right outside of the bathroom area and he walks pass me and then steps back and looks at me again. I notice this but I just ignore the guy. He stares at me for a good 5 seconds before I look up at him. He gives me a creepy smile and then looks at my shoes. Our conversation goes a little bit like this:

FG: "Hi"

Me: "Hey, what's up?"

FG: *ignores my question* "What size are you?"

Me: "What?"

FG: "Your size"

For some reason I tell him my size (I'm size 7.5) and he stares at me and says, "That's really small feet".

After what seems like a super long conversation, the guy asks me if he could see my shoes. Not thinking much about it I lift up my shoes for him to see. I don't get what was so special about my shoes because they were pretty torn up but the guy was super intrigued.

FG: "Uh, no, can I see your shoes."

Still not understanding what he wants he says again:

FG: "Can you take OFF your shoes"

Again, red flags are popping up right now but I was surrounded by other students and the Union was still pretty busy so I just took off my left shoe and handed it to him. He takes it and inspects it and by inspect I mean he literally looked at every crevice of the shoe and even the insides for some reason. He then asks me if I wanted a foot massage from him. At that point I told him I wasn't interested in what he was trying to do and I told him to leave. He left me but I was super freaked out about what happened.

A lot of other encounters with the guy happened during the Spring Semester but what was creepiest was my encounter with him this pass Sunday (I was out of town and had off of work for a few weeks) [Story for another time]. But I talked to my boss about him on Monday. Our conversation went a little bit like this:

ME: "There's this guy who I've been encountering all over the Union and he--"

BOSS: "Are you talking about Foot Guy?"

I didn't know he had a nickname but I automatically knew it was the same guy we were talking about. Even though I didn't even describe the guy, my boss knew who it was already.

BOSS: "He's been hear longer than I've been here. The first time a student employee told me, I told the front desk and campus police, even my boss about it but they didn't do anything."

ME: "Why not?"

BOSS: "My boss just told me that if there was a report about Foot Guy confronting a non-union student employee then he would do something about it".

Anyways my boss told me that apparently Foot Guy has been doing this for over 5 years and my boss says that apparently, Foot guy usually goes for younger guys and Asians. This sent shivers down my spine but I just pray that they get "Foot Guy" to leave and never come back.

I don't know if this belongs on this thread or r/letsnotmeet but I'm pretty sure I'm going to meet Foot Guy again. My boss said he would talk to his boss and he also told me if Foot Guy confronts me again, to tell the Campus Police and the front desk people.
