I live in an astoundingly safe place and walking along a particular canyon road is very normal for tons of people in the community.
Around 12:45pm today I was walking with my dog on this particular road when a large white truck got real close to me and slowed down as they passed me. They continued their slow roll for about 50 feet until they stopped and turned around. Luckily I got the creepy vibes and ran up into the woods on the roadside.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and considered that I was over reacting until a lovely woman in a van ( thank you so much whoever you were) that had followed the truck and turned around to ask if I was okay because that was super suspicious of the truck and then notified me that they could still see the white truck stopped ahead on the road where it had first passed me.
Luckily, I was able to run to a near by community building and eventually saw the truck drive away.
Was this actually suspicious? Were we both over reacting? I donβt know. I am just glad and hope that there are women like this lady in the van.

Yeah I always wear medieval knight armor under my clothing for protection and more imporantly a GPS beacon to call in a ICBM in case someone starts a fight with me
