If we try to keep are minds busy with mindfulness, this is almost a must to start our day. We will start to notice the difference between our sence of what killing out life and now what we appreciate. Go outside with mindfulness and it will increase our sence of smell and lower our stress levels. In or outside we all have things of little details of are surroundings, to appreciate ✨️ as much and as long as a couple of weeks 😊
