This quest is in the Tundra. Started by Grandmammy giving the first tier at the Creepstone Podguard. That led you to Vrrdunn's Fishery. He gives you a quest to make a fish magnet and give it to Grandmammy at HQ.
I have six fish magnets. The quest log shows FINISHED. I whack Grandmammy at Creepstone Podguard and nothing. Went to Vrrdunn's Fishery and nothing. Went to Central Podguard and nothing. Went to GHQ and nothing. Went to the main spots Grandmammy was at in Bawg and Savanna . . . yes, nothing.
Where do I turn this quest in? I've finished all the rest and am now heading to space where I expect the final battle-end game to occur.
Any thoughts?

I have the same problem, I've used and created more fish magnets and gone everywhere I could think of, the quest says its finished. Anyone have a solution to this?
