CTR: NF had the store where you could get characters/skins/etc.. with the usage of Wumpa coins. You'd be rewarded wumpa coins depending on how good you did with the previous race, XP boosts on weekends, that sort of thing. You could also buy the coins outright, but personally that takes away the fun of grinding those events.

If CTRu implemented a similar system, would you guys be opposed to it? I'm looking at everyone and their badass glowing skeleton costumes from Halloween and I can't help but wish there was a way for me to get it without having to wait another year for just the possibility of the skin being re-released.

I know the majority is "ahh mtx! Dead game, don't play!" But honestly, if you get rewarded the in game currency just for playing, I don't see what the big deal is. I just want those sweet, sweet costumes is all
