how to email directly from the links?

I may not be wording my question correctly, but I would like to be able to click the "mailto" links and go directly to my email without having to log in. It used to be that I could just click and be taken directly to the email page, but over the last few years every time I click one of the links I still have to log in, and then manually copy and paste the ad address, but only when using my phone, from a computer it works perfectly fine. I'm sure there's a way to do it, I just haven't figured it out yet. Using an Android phone and Chrome browser if it matters.
