Anyone know how to measure the inside of a dome?

I’m trying to make this cloche into a sort of two sided snow globe. I have some plexiglass and I wanted to cut it to make a barrier straight down the center of the cloche. Any ideas how I’d go about getting the proper measurements for the inside curve? Tried googling but wasn’t really sure how to word it so I wasn’t getting much.
