How to mount this wheel?!

Hey guys. Made an art piece that has this metal spoke thing sticking out the back. I want to mount it from the spoke (seems like the obvious thing to do) just have no idea how I’d go about mounting it. If I could still make it spin when mounted, that would be amazing, but not required. Want the mount to be low-profile. I don’t want to just stick the spoke in the wall either, the wheel is kinda heavy (2-3 pounds)
